Using a wood-fire grill and rotisserie, our signature dishes include our Skuna Bay Salmon Mignon with a cauliflower purée, Duroc Pork Chop with Brussels sprouts and brandy-poached apples, and The Shorebird with Mary’s free-range rotisserie chicken with a preserved Meyer lemon and asparagus risotto. For those looking for shareable plates, our Avocado Fries with a green goddess dressing, Twice Fried Chicken Wings with a chipotle gastrique, and sushi or oysters from our “Raw Bar” are a great way to start your meal.
Our brunch menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. with bottomless mimosas where we leave the bottle at your table (limit 1.5 hours).
