Ring in the New Year at Shorebird Restaurant in Newport Beach!

There’s no better way to put a cork on this year than with a delicious, four-course dinner experience at Shorebird Restaurant. Chef and the team have put together an incredible menu to indulge your senses, so join us as we raise our glasses high to ring in the new year! 

With reservations opening at 5PM, enjoy traditional flavors, such as Braised Veal Cheeks with a parmesan risotto and bordelaise sauce or “Tin’s Dressed Oysters” served with ponzu, red tobiko, scallions, and Tobasco. Continue your meal with a choice between Chef’s personal favorite, Golden Beet “Carpaccio” Salad, featuring Cara- cara  and drizzled with a house-made champagne vinaigrette or Brandied Lobster Bisque with creme fraiche and chives. For the main course, Chef will offer a choice of our Faroe Island’s Salmon Mignon with a raisin-caper emulsion and rosemary-cauliflower sauce, a 34-Day Aged Filet Mignon with seared foie gras and bordelaise sauce, Duroc Pork Chop with brandy-poached apples and an orange-zested honey butter, or Butter-Basted Hokkaido Scallops that are cured with a malt vinegar and presented with black mussels. Finish your meal with a delectable dessert duo that includes a scratch-made Grand Marnier Chocolate Soufflé and Banana’s Foster.
